Chicago authorities are expected to file extensive charges against four young people suspected of abducted a mentally disabled teen and torturing him, while live streaming the crime on Facebook.  The case is a racial powder-keg in a divided country because the suspects are black and from the inner city, while the victim is white and from a far-off exurb of America's "Midwest Metropolis".  One of the suspects screams racial epithets against whites and president-elect Donald Trump, while the victim was bound and beaten; a second video that surfaced showed him forced to drink from a toilet.  "It's just sickening, sickening," Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson said; "It makes you wonder what would make individuals treat somebody like that."  It is not clear why the man was so far from home, and police suspect the kidnappers were trying to extort money from the family.
